2020 Re-Balance

WOPMonsterPack

  • Artifacts rebalanced
  • Decreased rarity of chests and crate and increased rarity of keg, double damage...etc.
  • ArtifactDelay from 30 to 1
  • MaxArtifacts from 25 to 1000
  • Disabled all RPG Weapon Modifiers except for Rejuvenation, Damage, and WoP (You'll only get these three and your chances of getting them is therefore greatly increased)
  • Added back Blue Vortex Luci. He'll get spawned by the injector.

EnhancedWeaponsOfPower

  • Rebalanced Powerups
  • MaxModifiersPerMonster increased from 3 to 10. This means monsters can drop up to 10 items! There weren't enough artifacts being dropped
  • MaxWeaponModifiers from 50 1000
  • EnableWOPUpgradeKits from false to true - won't let server started when on true, moved back to false
  • Enabled Magic Wand Pu - Extremely rare
  • Disabled Blast Cannon Powerup - Due to performance issue
  • You can now apply two Damage+5 Powerups

MMRPG

  • InvasionAutoAdjustFactor=0.350000
    • 1/20/21 - Changed to 0.300000
  • StartingLevel from 30 to 50
  • Stat Points per level increased from 10 to 13 (Additional points are retroactive)
  • Winning XP increased from 300 to 1000 to compensate for crashes
  • Weapon Speed from 200 to 300 (Yes, Rambo is now 600!)
  • Health Bonus from 500 to 1000
  • Damage Bonus from 500 to 1000
  • All Weapon Modifiers except for Damage, Rejuvenation and WoP have been disabled - Gave too many negative weapons, restored back to original values.
  • Release Version 181
    • Added Tar Trap, Spike Trap, Brimstone, and Freeze Trap
    • Made them extremely abundant
    • Fixed OneManArmy preventing players from opening crate and receiving ability special weapons.
    • Ability Care Package Powerups (Old > New)
      • Level 1 - Infinity > Infinity
      • Level 2 - Iron Sturdy > Iron Sturdy
      • Level 3 - Protection 5 > Protection 5
      • Level 4 - Reflection Shield > Rock Shield
      • Level 5 - Rock Shield > Instagib Shield
      • Level 6 - > Instagib Shield > Clone
    • Medic Gun switched from Cutter to XL2 Laser Gun
    • Medic,Assassin,Engineer, and Support weapons change
      • Medic = Particle Gun (SSR Minigun Light will be plan B)
      • Assassin = Widowmaker, Laser Rifle
      • Engineer = Turret Launcher
      • Support = Combat Shotgun, AK47
  • Release Version 181-6
    • Features
      • Added Void Wall Trap. Pushing monsters into this trap will kill them instantly. Pairs well with Propulsion and Knockback. This trap can only be placed on walls. Has no cooldown.
      • You can now spawn another Medic Tent, HEV Station, and Health Station every 15 minutes. You will be notified when you can spawn a new one.
      • HEV Station and Health Station can now only be placed on walls
    • Bug Fixes
      • Only players can trigger the Health Station and HEV Station
      • Fixed controller error on Telekinesis
      • HEV Station will no longer deduct charge units if it does not give a battery. HEV Stations give 10 batteries before they are destroyed.
      • Freeze Trap and Tar Trap no longer stop working after their owner dies
    • Tweaks
      • HEV Station now gives a battery every 20 seconds instead of every 40 seconds
      • Particle Gun for Medic has been replaced with SSR Minigun Heavy. This was done to try to see if weaponloss still occurs.
  • Release Version 181-6a
    • Fixed 1HP bug that was introduced with the HEV Suit in 181-6.
    • HEV Suit Level 5 no longer allows you to go past max health. Level 5 now gives you 5000 suit charge.
    • LastStand Ability now works once per wave, like Resurrection.

Commander

  • Decreased Broken Arrow runtime from 30 seconds to 15 seconds to mitigate players resigning to use it 2-3 times
  • Added Tar Trap and Freeze Trap to Commander HQ
  • Supply Drop cooldown decreased from 5 minutes to 3 minutes
  • Commander HQ cooldown decreased from 5 minutes to 2 minutes

UT2004.ini

  • Increased server difficulty from .25 to .35
  • GameDifficulty from 4 to 5 (Adept to Masteful)
